Property and Facilities Management Director

Responsible for managing property assets and facilities.

Job Objective:

Lead the management of property assets and facilities collaboratively, overseeing the efficient operation of leases while attracting property owners and establishing new management contracts that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and operate residential and commercial properties professionally.

* Attract property owners and negotiate with them to establish management contracts for properties and facilities.

* Build long-term relationships with property owners and investors.

* Monitor maintenance, operations, and cleanliness, and service providers.

* Supervise tenants, contracts, collections, and address complaints.

* Prepare periodic performance reports for properties.

* Increase occupancy rates and reduce vacancies.

* Achieve operational and financial objectives for management.

* Develop operational procedures and improve service quality.
