Job description
Engage with leads interested in educational offers such as free trial sessions.
Receive and manage customer data through the CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
Communicate with potential customers via WhatsApp and phone calls to understand their needs, provide information about educational programs, and support their decision-making process.
Coordinate and schedule free trial sessions when needed to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Follow up consistently with customers to answer inquiries, handle objections, and complete the registration process on the platform.
Preferred: at least 2 years of general sales experience, while prior experience in educational sales is considered a plus but not mandatory.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred, with a solid academic background.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in telesales or educational sales, with a proven ability to handle leads and close deals.
Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate and organized customer records.
Strong communication skills in Arabic & English; additional languages are considered an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base.
