We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Female Saudi HR Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment procedures, and government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad. The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, and file management
Coordinate recruitment activities and employee mobilization
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
Process iqama renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit, and other HR-related procedures
Manage HR portals including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, etc.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Support management in employee relations and disciplinary matters
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records
Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR systems
Experience in manpower supply or contracting companies is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
