Operate and monitor WPC production lines (mixing, extrusion, finishing).
Adjust machine parameters to ensure product high quality.
Detect and report minor issues and coordinate with maintenance team.
Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on WPC production machinery.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
Conduct preventive and routine maintenance.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
Perform precise cutting, shaping, and assembly of WPC door components.
Handle fabrication, installation, finishing, sanding, trimming, and fitting tasks.
Read and follow technical drawings and production specifications.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with production and installation teams when required.
Previous experience in industrial production lines (WPC, PVC, plastics preferred).
Ability to work in shifts.
Strong attention to small detail and quality QC.
Knowledge of motors, sensors, control systems, and PLC is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proven experience in carpentry (WPC, PVC, wood doors, or furniture manufacturing preferred).
Strong skills in measurement, cutting tools, and assembly techniques.
Ability to work efficiently and deliver consistent quality.
