Job description
Implement and monitor project HSE plans and procedures.
Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and Diriyah project requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Monitor daily HSE performance and prepare reports.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with client representatives and authorities on HSE matters.
Promote a proactive safety culture on site.
NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory).
3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or EPC projects.
Experience in Diriyah projects or holding Diriyah approval (preferred).
Good knowledge of KSA HSE regulations and international standards.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage site-level HSE activities independently.
Preferred
- IOSH or additional safety certifications (advantage).
- Experience in medium to large-scale construction projects in KSA.
