Sales Partner - Education Programs (Commission Based Remote)

COPE (Center of Personal Excellence, Karachi) is opening 5 commission-based Sales Partner positions for the GCC market. You will represent the CCH+ Mastery Suite: an internationally accredited certification in coaching, counseling and hypnosis built on an Islamic psychology foundation, taught live online in English and Urdu by Sadeed Mirza (20+ years, Fortune 500 training rooms across three continents). Accreditations: AFC, ABNLP, CCHAI, PBHI.

Your role: identify and refer interested professionals, mothers and career-changers within the Pakistani and Indian expat community; support warm closing conversations on WhatsApp and Zoom; work with our Karachi team who deliver the program and handle enrollment.

Earnings: 15% commission per enrollment (approx. USD 300 per sale), rising to 20% beyond your third enrollment in a cohort. Commissions paid within 7 days of cleared fees via Payoneer or bank transfer. This is a commission-only partnership: no fixed salary, no cap on earnings, one-page agreement, marketing materials provided. The salary range shown reflects typical monthly commission earnings at 1 to 5 enrollments.

2 to 8 years in sales, education consulting, community leadership or network marketing done ethically. Strong personal network within the Pakistani or Indian expat community in the GCC. Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English. Comfortable on WhatsApp and Zoom. Values-driven: our buyers are practicing Muslim families, and the sale is warm, honest and never pressured.
