Sterilization operator

Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves, ethylene oxide sterilizers) to ensure proper functioning and cycle completion.

Prepare, package, and label medical devices and instruments according to strict protocols, ensuring sterility is maintained.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of sterilization machinery and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.

Conduct quality control checks, including biological and chemical indicator testing, to validate sterilization effectiveness and document results meticulously.

Male, under 35 years old;

Fluent in reading and writing English;

Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a science-related field is a plus.

Be able to operate a computer and use basic office software;

Certification from a recognized sterilization association (e.g., IAHCSMM, CBSPD) is highly desirable.

Minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in a sterile processing or medical device sterilization environment.

Familiarity with sterile processing workflows within a hospital, clinic, or medical device manufacturing setting.
