Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide feedback to product/management teams based on client needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track KPIs: pipeline value, conversion rates, revenue growth.
Strong B2B sales experience in the Saudi market.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with Saudi clients.
Experience preparing proposals and commercial offers.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong follow-up discipline.
CRM tools proficiency.
MS Office skills.
Understanding of digital marketing.
Experience in Technology, Consulting, Outsourcing, Training, or Services is preferred.
Arabic and English proficiency required.
Valid Saudi driving license.
