Job description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.

  • Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline.

  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, and capability meetings.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.

  • Expand the company’s presence in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality.

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Provide feedback to product/management teams based on client needs.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Track KPIs: pipeline value, conversion rates, revenue growth.

  • Strong B2B sales experience in the Saudi market.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with Saudi clients.

  • Experience preparing proposals and commercial offers.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Strong follow-up discipline.

  • CRM tools proficiency.

  • MS Office skills.

  • Understanding of digital marketing.

  • Experience in Technology, Consulting, Outsourcing, Training, or Services is preferred.

  • Arabic and English proficiency required.

  • Valid Saudi driving license.
