Senior Planning Engineer MEP

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and revised project programmes.

Coordinate with MEP construction teams, procurement, engineering, subcontractors, and project management to ensure alignment of schedules.

Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the approved baseline.

Identify schedule variances, delays, and critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and executive presentations.

Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and delay impact assessments.

Monitor productivity, resource allocation, and manpower histograms.

Coordinate with the commercial team regarding extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.

Ensure integration of MEP schedules with civil, architectural, and infrastructure activities.

Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule updates to management and clients.

Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules to support construction activities.

Support risk identification and mitigation related to project timelines.

Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements and company procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 8-10 years of planning and scheduling MEP works in high-rise residential, commercial, stadiums, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, airport, or mega development projects.
