Service Technician 1

You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality on-site technical services. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of power transformers at customer locations, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Conduct inspections and diagnose faults in power transformers at customer sites
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on oil-filled and dry-type transformers.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Utilize specialized testing equipment (TTR, Insulation Resistance, SFRA, DGA, etc.).
• Prepare detailed technical reports after each service visit.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities at service sites.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and technical practices.
• Travel within the Kingdom to support field operations as required.
