Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions to enhance business processes and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and software development, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions

• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights

• Optimize existing AI models for performance and scalability

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Ensure AI systems comply with ethical guidelines and data privacy standards

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

• Proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Good understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
