Centeral HVAC Operator

Monitor and operate complex central HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency across large facilities.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handling units, and associated controls to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems, implementing timely and effective repairs.

Respond to service calls and emergency situations, quickly assessing and resolving critical environmental control problems.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in HVAC technology or a related field preferred.

Possession of a valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
