Job description

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Division: Civil Material Testing Laboratory

Nationality: Egyptian

Work Location: Riyadh – ASTRON LAB

1. Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within:

    • Civil material testing laboratories, Construction industry, Engineering consultancy or related services
  • Good understanding of construction materials testing services (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel, etc.).

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
  • Promote the laboratory’s material testing services and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and approach ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical/laboratory team for client requirements and testing schedules.
  • Follow up with clients for quotations, approvals, and payments.
  • Maintain a database of clients and project leads.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

4. Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and testing standards.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

5. Other Requirements

  • Valid driving license (preferred for site/client visits).

  • Willingness to travel to construction sites and client offices.

  • Good networking skills within the construction and engineering sector.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and testing standards.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
