- Understand customer needs accurately and direct them towards the most suitable vehicle options based on their budget and preferences.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential customers who have shown interest through the website or social media platforms.
- Sales Proposals: Provide competitive pricing offers, explain available packages, and clarify the necessary documentation for a smooth transaction.
- Financing Options: Explain various financing programs (based on banks and approved financing companies), clarify interest rates, down payments, monthly installments, and final payment.
- Calculate preliminary financing estimates for clients based on their salary, job position, and financial commitments.
- Clarify the conditions and specific terms related to financing and required documents (salary definition, account statement, ID/residency, driving license).
