Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your RAMS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside collaborative and highly skilled teammates. You'll ensure the delivery of RAMS activities and related deliverables, contributing to the safety, reliability, and performance of our projects. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and tender teams), coordinate with various Railway Safety and RAM stakeholders, and define safety and RAM requirements to meet Alstom's high standards and policy goals, and much more.

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience or understanding of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) principles in the railway or similar industry.
• Familiarity with system engineering processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
