Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, tracking progress, and supporting the delivery of projects in accordance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and witness inspection requests (IRs) to verify the quality of works.
- Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and adherence to approved method statements.
- Track construction progress and identify delays or potential issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve site-related matters
- Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe working practices on site.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.
- Support project handover activities and close-out inspections.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision or site engineering.
- Experience with inspection processes, quality control, and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with consultants or project management organizations is preferred.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and inspection documentation.
