Maintenance Engineer / Manager

Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maintenance activities.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.

Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar, demonstrating professional expertise.

Demonstrates at least 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance engineering or management, showcasing practical industry knowledge.

Experience in the manufacturing or processing industry is preferred, indicating familiarity with relevant equipment and processes.
