Job Title: Mechanical Technician – PRV Systems
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician specializing in PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) Systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PRV systems and associated mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair PRV systems and related mechanical components.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and calibration of PRV stations and valves.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and system performance issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and document work activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) Systems.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of PRV stations.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
