Machine Operator -Eectrical Cables Manufacturing

Operate and monitor cable manufacturing machines, ensuring efficient and continuous production flow, and proactively addressing any operational deviations.

Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments, to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance of the equipment.

Conduct quality control checks on manufactured cables, such as visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing, to ensure adherence to specifications.

Set up machines for different cable types and sizes, including adjusting settings, installing dies, and loading raw materials, according to production schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic technical understanding.

Possess a minimum of 3years of experience in cable manufacturing, showcasing hands-on experience with relevant machinery and processes.

Proven experience in operating extrusion, stranding, or braiding machines, highlighting specific machine operation expertise.

Certification in machine operation or a related technical field, indicating a formal understanding of the role.
