General Sales Manager – Bakery Equipment & Food Supplies Sector
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province – with coverage of Riyadh and Jeddah)

Job Objective
To comprehensively lead and manage the sales sector to maximize revenue, expand market share, and develop long-term strategic relationships with key clients and factories, while ensuring the achievement of growth and profitability goals in line with the company's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Manage and implement the sales strategy in alignment with annual revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead and guide the sales team (13 representatives) and the technical team to ensure target performance is achieved.
- Develop the existing client portfolio and attract new clients in the bakery, restaurant, and food factory sectors.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients, suppliers, and factories.
- Negotiate offers and contracts and close deals while maintaining a suitable profit margin.
- Analyze market and competitor data and identify expansion opportunities in Riyadh and Jeddah.
- Prepare periodic reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and sales forecasts for senior management.
- Develop the commission and incentives system, linking it to collection indicators and actual performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Maintenance, and Operations departments to ensure an integrated customer experience.
- Establish training and development plans for the sales and technical teams and enhance field performance efficiency.
- Manage large sales projects (bakery outfitting, production lines, supply contracts).
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales of bakery, restaurant, or food equipment (essential requirement).
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary field and technical teams.
- High ability to analyze financial reports and sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Arabic; proficiency in English at a practical level is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Willingness to travel between branches in the Kingdom as per work requirements.
