Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of key market segments, drive strategic business development initiatives, and lead the charge in achieving ambitious revenue targets. Working collaboratively with senior leadership, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies while building and nurturing long-term client partnerships that position our organization for sustainable growth.

Own and manage assigned market segments and key accounts, developing strategic Account Management Plans that identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue potential

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Prepare and execute data-driven sales strategies that capitalize on market trends while staying ahead of competitive activity

Lead sales presentations, client meetings, and facility tours to showcase our value proposition and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships

Develop and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide transparent reporting on progress toward revenue goals

Cross-sell and upsell products and services across the organization's portfolio to maximize client lifetime value

Represent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, serving as a brand ambassador

Maintain detailed and organized CRM records, ensuring accurate client information and sales pipeline visibility

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in proactive sales and key account management, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive business growth
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in CRM software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability for business performance
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics analysis
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Fluency in English (required); Arabic language skills are highly preferred
