We are looking for an experienced barista with high professionalism and meticulous attention to preparation and presentation details, capable of working within a team and under pressure during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and craft hot and cold beverages according to approved recipes, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and various espresso-based drinks while maintaining ideal texture and flavors.
• Skillfully handle coffee machines and equipment, following safety and hygiene (HACCP) procedures and ensuring their proper maintenance.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and current menu options based on their requests.
• Manage beverage and core ingredient inventory, and inform management of reorder and replenishment points.
• Contribute to organizing the work environment and cleaning the work area, planning daily cleaning schedules, while adhering to the designated work schedule.
• Assist in cash management, handling cash-out procedures, and finalizing vendor registration in the system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the service or coffee counter field is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.
• Ability to work rotating shift schedules and flexibility in working hours.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and some essential café equipment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and effective communication with customers and colleagues; basic English proficiency is preferred in case of international options within the team.
