Precision Mechanical Electrician

As a Precision Mechanical Electrician, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of rolling machines specifically designed for copper processing. Your role will ensure optimal performance through effective electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and setting up configurations to achieve the highest production quality while adhering to industrial safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate rolling machines for copper processing and adjust setups according to production requirements.
• Perform regular and emergency electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery.
• Inspect motors, sensors, control units, and operational panels to ensure their safety.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor the quality of produced copper components and ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Adjust withdrawal speeds, pressure, and temperature gradients (if applicable) according to the type of copper and specifications of the components.
• Track machine performance and document technical observations, submitting maintenance reports.
• Adhere to safety procedures during operation and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Ensure the availability of essential spare parts and execute replacement procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Industrial Electricity or Mechanical Engineering.
• Practical experience in operating and maintaining rolling machines or metal forming machinery.
