Job description

The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s total rewards function, including compensation structures, salary grading, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and employee reward programs. The role will lead the Total Rewards section, supervise two employees, and report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Total Rewards function and supervise a team of two employees.
  • Design, maintain, and administer salary structures, job grades, compensation frameworks, and competitive pay ranges.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market comparisons using reliable salary surveys such as: Mercer/Korn Ferry/Radford
  • Manage annual salary review cycles, salary increases, and reward allocation based on performance.
  • Review and administer short-term and long-term incentive programs, including bonuses and deferred incentives.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and related benefits.
  • Manage relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and benefits providers, including contract negotiations and cost management.
  • Develop and manage employee wellness initiatives and work-life balance programs.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits policies comply with Saudi labor regulations, tax requirements, equal-pay requirements, and minimum-wage regulations.
  • Partner with HR teams to evaluate and classify new and existing positions and ensure appropriate job grading and salary alignment.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data in SAP to maintain data accuracy.
  • Prepare compensation analytics, executive reports, and dashboards covering indicators such as employee turnover, compensation costs, benefits costs, and Compa-ratio.
  • Work with the Finance Department on employee-cost forecasting, annual salary increases, compensation budgets, and benefits-cost planning.
  • Prepare Total Rewards Statements to explain the full value of employee compensation packages.
  • Conduct awareness sessions and workshops for managers and employees on salary structures, benefits, reward philosophy, and compensation policies.

Requirements

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
  • Strong hands-on experience using: SAP/SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience working with compensation and benefits modules within SAP SuccessFactors .
  • Practical experience in salary structures, job grading, market bench marking, employee benefits, and total rewards administration.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies such as:/ Mercer IPE/Hay Group/Towers Watson
  • Advanced Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH/Pivot Tables
  • Ability to build financial models, analyze compensation data, and conduct scenario planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert compensation data into clear recommendations for management.
  • Strong managerial and team-leadership skills.
  • Industrial-sector experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good English-language skills are preferred.
  • Professional certifications are preferred but not mandatory, such as: CCP/CEBS/SHRM-SCP/CIPD Level 7
