Job Responsibilities

Preparation and recording of daily accounting entries.

Review of invoices and expenses, ensuring compliance with documentation.

Monitoring of ongoing liabilities and debts.

Preparation of periodic bank reconciliations.

Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Preparation and analysis of budgets and financial plans, and monitoring their implementation.

Daily monitoring of financial reports and sending them to management on time.

Submitting financial reports to management regularly according to the established schedule and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and submitting tax declarations on time.

Organizing and managing accounting documents and records.

Inputting financial data into the system and ensuring its accuracy.

Monitoring monthly and annual closures.

Coordinating with other departments to fulfill financial requirements.

Executing any other accounting tasks as directed by management.

Additional tasks as directed by management.

Executing any additional tasks assigned by management.

Participating in handling emergency operational issues as needed.

Supporting operations during high-pressure times.

Contributing to improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

Proposing developmental solutions to enhance quality.

Coordinating with external parties as needed for operational purposes.

Assisting in any administrative or operational tasks required by the nature of the work.
