Branch Manager – Surveillance Cameras and Security Systems

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage and operate a branch specialized in surveillance cameras and security systems. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational and sales activities within the branch, including sales, cashiering, the website and e-commerce, in addition to developing overall performance and achieving the best customer experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the branch and fully supervise all daily operations.
• Ensure the safety of the branch and its contents from any hazards that may affect workflow.
• Report any emergencies in the branch, such as malfunctions in lighting, electricity, air conditioning, decor, or shortages of packaging materials, and continuously follow up on repairs.
• Report any external events that may affect sales, such as competitor openings or market discounts.
• Continuously supervise the cleanliness, smell, and general order of the branch.
• Organize and coordinate product displays within the branch to ensure easy customer access to goods.
• Monitor surveillance cameras inside the showroom.
• Oversee tools, supplies, and equipment within the branch and ensure they are used for work purposes only.
• Supervise the receipt, arrangement, and coordination of goods within the branch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing department to request shortages of goods and special orders daily according to established policy.
• Follow up on sales and close point-of-sale systems after employees' working hours, ensuring cash matches receipts.
• Record cash daily and deposit it in the branch safe until handed over to the courier with an official receipt.
• Follow up on closing daily logs with the financial administration daily.
• Maintain all records, documents, and papers related to the branch.
• Train new employees and develop the skills of the work team.
• Implement the work system and internal regulations of the institution.
• Supervise providing the highest level of customer service within the branch.
• Follow up on orders and sales through the website and e-commerce platforms.
• Work to improve branch performance and increase sales.
• Perform minor maintenance work within the branch as needed.
• Ability to perform programming and maintenance work for surveillance systems and cameras and support all technical activities related to the store as needed.

Authorities:

• Authority to grant discounts of up to 15% to institution employees only, according to approved policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail branch management or in the field of surveillance cameras and security systems.
• Practical experience in maintaining and programming surveillance camera systems and related devices.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations and improve performance.
