Quality Control Engineer

Alhayat Carpet Factory Co. L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to maintain product quality, monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with established quality standards at our carpet manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials in production and finished products.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and requirements.

• Identify, document and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.

• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain inspection records, quality reports and relevant documentation.

• Support internal audits, process audits and continuous quality improvement activities.

• Analyze quality data, defect rates, customer complaints and rejection trends.

• Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and workplace standards

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Textile or a related discipline.

• Previous work experience in quality control or quality assurance in any manufacturing company is required.

• Knowledge of inspection methods, quality documentation, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is preferred.

• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Textile, carpet or related manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
