We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Civil Engineer to join our team within professional skills development and specialized training programs, to contribute to the successful execution of projects according to specified schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the daily supervision of civil works on-site and ensure adherence to design drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate work with engineering, safety, consulting teams, and subcontractors to ensure work is executed according to approved standards.
• Participate in material inspections, verify their compliance with technical specifications, and document the results.
• Track work progress against the schedule and submit daily and weekly reports to senior management.
• Support effective communication between site teams and engineering offices in resolving technical problems and design changes.
• Assist in managing construction quality and safety in accordance with company policies and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Work integrity and initiative with a desire for professional development. Entry-level with potential for career progression.
• Proficiency in computer and basic civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office). Knowledge of structural engineering software is preferred.
• Ability to analyze projects and document work and reports accurately and clearly.
• Commitment to occupational safety and regulatory regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent command of Arabic; technical English is an additional advantage.
