Sales Manager (Channel Sales) - Air Compressor

Develop and implement channel sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for air compressors, focusing on partner engagement and performance.

Recruit, onboard, and train channel partners (distributors, dealers, and resellers) on air compressor products, sales techniques, and market dynamics to ensure effective product promotion.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships for sustained growth.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to channel partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the air compressor or industrial equipment industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner networks, with a focus on achieving sales targets and market share growth.

Strong understanding of the air compressor market, including product knowledge, applications, and competitive landscape.
