- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth and accurate information exchange.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant materials, aiding in documenting decisions and actions taken.
- Assist in preparing market research reports, requiring data analysis and presenting findings clearly and understandably.
- Coordinate travel and events, including booking and arrangements, to ensure a seamless experience for employees and guests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence, ensuring organized information and easy access.
- Support the team in special projects, requiring multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Provide general administrative support, such as organizing files and responding to phone inquiries, enhancing overall efficiency.
