MEP Construction Manager Data Centre

WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager- (Data Centre) to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in the Riyadh region. This is a site-based supervision role, focused on overseeing construction delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination of all MEP systems from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.This is a full-time site-based role, with the project located approximately 80 km from Riyadh. Regular on-site presence is required.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

15+ years of experience, with strong exposure to data centre / mission-critical projects

Proven experience in construction supervision / site-based roles

Strong understanding of MEP systems and data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, ICT)

Experience with EPC contractors and large-scale developments

Prior experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia
