Overview of the Company and the Position

A leading company in the environmental services sector and the provision of high-quality transportation solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Heavy Transport Driver to join our team. The position aims to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of cargo across the approved transportation network, while adhering to the safety and quality standards adopted by the company and the relevant authorities.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate heavy transport vehicles in compliance with local laws and regulations, adhering to designated route plans and schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure technical readiness regarding tires, lights, fuel, oils, batteries, and other systems, and immediately report any technical malfunctions.
• Manage shipping documents, record work hours, and obtain delivery signatures from customers while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Adhere to occupational safety procedures, wear personal protective equipment, and comply with company policies regarding careful loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
• Coordinate with the operations team to update shipment status, track routes, and adhere to the company's approved routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide periodic reports on progress and potential issues while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Any certificate.
• A valid Saudi Arabian heavy transport driver's license (valid with experience or field training).
• Ability to read and interpret maps and logistical documents and report any road obstacles.
• Good level of Arabic; familiarity with basic English for operational documents is preferred.
• Commitment to work schedules and the ability to endure long working hours and travel between cities as needed.
