Supervisor I - Security (Kuwaiti National)

Job Description:

• Assist the Security Supervisor in supervising and coordinating the activities of the security team.
• Assist in scheduling shifts, tasks, and patrols to ensure optimal coverage and security effectiveness.
• Supporting security operations, including access control, and monitoring.
• Assist in maintaining a visible and vigilant security presence to deter and detect security breaches
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, following the guidance of the Security Supervisor.
• Support in coordinating the response to incidents and liaising with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
  Required Qualifications:
  **-**Minimum Diploma certification.
  Preferred Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in security position, Ministry of Interior, Army or similar entity
  Job-Specific Skills:
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stay composed and make rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of security equipment and technology is beneficial
