Job description
Communicating with clients and arranging field visits
- Site inspection, taking measurements, and converting them into AutoCAD
- Understanding client needs and preparing an initial Mood Board
- Creating 3D visualizations when needed
- Preparing preliminary Shop Drawings
- Preparing quantity takeoff sheets and initial pricing
- Knowledge of raw materials and finishing prices in the market
- Following up with the client until contract signing
- Handing over the project file to the execution team after contracting
- Conducting supervisory visits during execution to ensure work quality
At least 3 years of experience in the Saudi market
- Experience in interior design and finishes
- Proficiency in taking measurements and working on AutoCAD
- Ability to work on 3D rendering software
- High skill in client communication and persuasion
- Good understanding of materials, prices, and the nature of interior projects
- Organized personality capable of converting client needs into a clear, contract-ready file
