Qualification- Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics

Experience - Total 10-12 years hardcore sales experience with 4-5 years leading a team of sales people

Driving License – Mandatory

Whether they are meeting decision makers or Jr. engineers

How many meetings do they conduct in a day

Whether they can bring in direct business to us from day one

How many lunch and learn meeting they have done so far

1. A Proven salesperson with leadership skills, Go Getter and Sales Goals Achiever
2. A proven salesperson who has achieved sales goals month after months year after year
3. Self-starter, who plans his field trip a week in advance and is not shy to meet the decision maker to close deals quickly.
4. Good knowledge of technical products and is able to grasp new subjects
5. Is able to understand the politics of sales and find ways around it to close deals
6. Is articulate and can explain technical subjects
7. Is disciplined, well dressed and has consistent growth while showing designation and salary growth in his previous organizations
8. Should have excellent contacts with MEP contractors and consultants who will give them jobs straight away
9. Should be steady and long term
10. Should be conducting lunch meeting with clients to close deals
