ERP Lead Architect – Oracle Fusion

• Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP modules and enterprise processes

• Define and govern High-Level Designs (HLDs) aligned with Solution Architecture CoE standards

• Lead ERP modernization, migration, and Fusion–EBS coexistence strategies

• Architect and oversee integrations between:

  • Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Middleware / Integration platforms
  • Third-party enterprise systems

• Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs):

  • Security
  • Performance
  • Scalability
  • Availability

• Act as a design authority, collaborating with:

  • Business Analysts
  • Integration Teams
  • QA & PMO
  • IT Operations

• Ensure alignment with enterprise roadmap and governance frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, HCM, SCM/Procurement)

• Proven experience in ERP Solution Architecture in large enterprises

• Hands-on experience in:

  • ERP transformation programs
  • Migration / upgrade initiatives
  • Hybrid ERP landscapes (Fusion + EBS)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Integration patterns & system design

• Excellent stakeholder management & governance experience

• Strong documentation and architecture design skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
2. Oracle Fusion / ERP certifications (preferred)
