Senior Real Estate Fund Manager

Lead & oversee high-profile real estate fund investments and projects. Strategic role in fund performance, portfolio growth & investor reporting. Oversee the performance of real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with fund objectives, budgets, and timelines. Work closely with developers to monitor project delivery, review forecasts, and manage contractual commitments. Manage fund cash flows, project financing requirements, and periodic reporting for investors and fund boards. Support land acquisitions, feasibility assessments, due diligence processes, and evaluation of new real estate opportunities. Identify initiatives to enhance project returns, optimise costs, and improve overall fund performance. Lead, mentor, and manage Fund Managers and Assistant Fund Managers while overseeing fund-related disbursements and approvals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to departmental improvements, market analysis, and stakeholder reporting.

A successful Senior Real Estate Fund Manager should have:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• CME certification.
• Significant experience in real estate fund management, with a strong understanding of fund operations and investment activities.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market, relevant regulations, and industry practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
