Role Overview
As aHuman Resources Business Partner, the role incumbent will support clients in solving people related business challenges and achieving organisational objectives through research, analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of practical management consulting solutions across people and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations, analysis, research and develop reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Support clients in nomination & remuneration governance. Develop and maintain governance instruments, policies, procedures, and implementation frameworks. Prepare governance documentation, resolutions, reports, and committee materials.
Act as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the client in all areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to human resources governance, nomination and remuneration, executive pay, talent management, leadership development, and compensation and benefits.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring responsive, professional, and high-quality client support.
Build trusted client relationships by understanding needs and providing proactive guidance on governance, consulting, and people matters.
Manage client requests, enquiries, and service issues through to timely and effective resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent numerical and verbal analytical skills.
Above average social & emotional intelligence skills, translated into an ability to build trusted relationships with people.
A degree in a social sciences field, such as Human Resources, Law, Political Science, Economics. OR an MBA, OR Experience in Human Resources OR Governance.
