CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR - Saudi Arabia

Develop and deliver nursing education, training, and orientation programmes.

Assess staff competencies and identify training needs.

Mentor nurses and provide clinical guidance.

Promote evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety.

Support accreditation, quality improvement, and clinical policy development.

Evaluate new technologies and improve clinical workflows.

Participate in staff development and patient safety initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least six years of total applicable experience.

A master’s degree and/or clinical teaching certificate is preferred

Role requires experience in perioperative, (OPPA, Day Surgery, PACU, OR) and dialysis.
