Senior AC Control and Calibration Technician

Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of complex HVAC control systems, ensuring seamless integration with building management systems (BMS).

Perform advanced calibration and tuning of critical control loops and sensors to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for HVAC control hardware and software, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.

Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues within DDC, PLC, and other control platforms, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.

Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience specifically in HVAC control systems and calibration.

Relevant industry certifications such as HVAC (e.g., NATE), Controls (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), or specific BMS vendor certifications.

Extensive experience with various Building Management Systems (BMS) like Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Tridium, or Schneider Electric.
