We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong and long-lasting business relationships, and achieving sustainable growth in sales by providing tailored technology solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Attract potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and manage the entire sales cycle until closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s business.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and relationship development with clients.
- Strong experience in customer service and satisfaction.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in sales within the IT sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong network and existing client base in the Western region.
- Outstanding skills in client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- High negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT solutions or technology sector (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or any related field.
