Position: Pilates Instructor
Location: Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized Pilates sessions while helping clients achieve their fitness, wellness, and movement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct private and group Pilates sessions, including Reformer, Mat, and Tower Pilates classes.
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and needs.
- Guide clients through proper Pilates techniques, posture, breathing, and body alignment.
- Ensure client safety by monitoring movements and providing appropriate modifications.
- Assess clients’ progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in wellness programs, demonstrations, and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain knowledge of current Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Certified Pilates Instructor qualification.
- Experience in Reformer, Mat, and/or Tower Pilates.
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels and backgrounds.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates certification (Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, and other apparatus).
- Experience in private one-to-one sessions.
- Background in rehabilitation, sports science, physiotherapy, or wellness is an advantage.
- Experience with prenatal/postnatal Pilates, injury management, or specialized programs is preferred.
