Senior Manager FMCG Import Export

To drive profitable growth of the FMCG import export business through strategic sourcing, margin optimization, and strengthening of the existing team capabilities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Identify and develop international suppliers with focus on high margin and fast moving product categories.

• Drive product portfolio strategy to improve overall margins and reduce low yielding SKUs.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply conditions to ensure competitive advantage.

• Build and implement structured sourcing and procurement processes.

• Guide and upgrade current team capabilities.

• Identify new market opportunities, product gaps, and emerging trends.

• Work closely with finance and operations to ensure healthy working capital and inventory turnover.

• Establish vendor performance tracking and cost optimization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with import regulations, documentation, and logistics coordination.

• 5 to 10 years experience in FMCG import export or trading business

• Strong supplier network and sourcing experience across international markets

• Proven track record in margin improvement and product strategy

• Leadership ability to mentor and upgrade team performance

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of logistics, import regulations, and documentation.
