Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or is actively pursuing licensure.

Exhibits strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, FEA).

Has a proven track record of leading engineering projects from concept to completion.

Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Shows experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
