Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Maintenance: Perform rigorous preventive and corrective maintenance on the detergent powder production line to maximize plant uptime.
• Pump Systems: Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of centrifugal, dosing, and transfer pumps.
• Tower Operations: Oversee the technical integrity of the Spray Drying Tower, including slurry preparation units, high-pressure pumps, and atomization nozzle systems.
• Air & Filtration: Maintain hot air systems, bag filters, cyclones, and industrial dust collection units.
• Mechanical Systems: Service and align gearboxes, motors, conveyors, and various rotary equipment.
• Utilities Management: Ensure the smooth operation of auxiliary systems, including air compressors, boilers, and water treatment units.
