Job description
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and updating safety policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and near misses.
- Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Maintain documentation and records related to inspections, incidents, and HSE audits.
- Participate in emergency response.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe working conditions, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure that environmental practices align with applicable laws and internal environmental protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall safety practices.
- Support the Safety Supervisor in meeting HSE objectives and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in HSE regulations and best practices.
