Officer – Customs Clearance (KSA)

Salary – 8 to 9 full package Including GOSI

Job Purpose

To ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customs clearance of all import and export shipments in Saudi Arabia by managing customs documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting efficient cargo movement.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Prepare, file, and follow up on all customs declarations (Bayans) in compliance with Saudi customs regulations.
2. Coordinate and conduct shipment inspections to ensure alignment with customs and regulatory requirements.
3. Manage the timely release of shipments at ports, airports, and land borders, resolving any clearance issues.
4. Communicate daily with freight officers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
5. Verify invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and required regulatory documents for accuracy.
6. Report shipment status, delays, and daily clearance activities to Customs Control / Customs Executive.
7. Coordinate with customs authorities, port operators, and inspection agencies when required.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support customs operations.
