Lead installation, alignment, commissioning, and start-up activities for reciprocating compressors and auxiliaries.
Review installation procedures, mechanical completion, and pre-commissioning activities.
Verify and work on foundation, grouting, piping supports, alignment, and coupling tolerances.
Supervise maintenance and reliability activities for reciprocating compressors.
Troubleshoot compressor failures, vibration, pulsation, valve, piston, and lubrication issues.
Support shutdowns, major overhauls, and turnaround activities.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements.
Review performance data, vibration reports, and inspection findings.
Prepare maintenance strategies, installation work scopes, job plans, and technical reports.
Coordinate with operations, inspection, QA/QC, construction, and reliability teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in reciprocating compressor installation, maintenance, and reliability.
Strong experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or LNG facilities.
Knowledge of compressor internals, auxiliaries, skids, and package systems.
Experience with commissioning procedures, alignment tools, and condition monitoring systems.
