What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering or a related discipline. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design, design review, and construction supervision on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience on airport terminals, airfield facilities, transportation hubs, or large-scale infrastructure developments .
- Strong experience in reinforced concrete, structural steel, composite structures, deep foundations, retaining structures, and complex building systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of international structural design standards including ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, BS Standards, IBC, and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, RAM Structural System, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with BIM platforms and multidisciplinary digital engineering coordination.
- Strong understanding of airport terminal structures, airfield support facilities, cargo terminals, maintenance hangars, and associated infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, technical review, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex airport project environment.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), MIStructE, or equivalent professional registration.
- Experience on international airport expansion or greenfield airport development projects.
- Knowledge of ICAO, FAA, IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, and other aviation-related engineering standards.
- Experience working under FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks.
- Familiarity with seismic design, blast-resistant design, progressive collapse analysis, and resilience planning.
- Experience supporting Design-Build, EPC, PMC, or Delivery Partner project delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and authority liaison experience.
