Growth Associate AI Products

Job Description Mnzil is building the infrastructure layer for workforce housing in Saudi Arabia, and AI is central to how we deliver smarter, faster experiences for our customers. The Growth Associate AI Products sits at the intersection of data, product, and go-to-market, owning the experimentation and analysis engine that turns user signals into growth levers. This role matters because Mnzil's AI-powered products are early and fast-moving the person in this seat will directly shape how we acquire, engage, and retain the people who depend on them.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, own, and report on key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for AI-powered products
• Design and execute data-driven experiments A/B tests, channel tests, funnel optimizations and document findings with clear, honest conclusions
• Conduct user-behavior analysis using product analytics tools to surface friction points and untapped growth opportunities
• Research competitors and adjacent markets, producing actionable intelligence that informs product and go-to-market decisions
• Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into prioritized recommendations and ship growth initiatives end-to-end
• Identify and test new growth channels and distribution strategies, moving quickly from hypothesis to result
• Build and maintain dashboards that give the broader team real-time visibility into what is working and what is not

1 3 years of experience in growth, product marketing, business analysis, or a closely related function or a demonstrable record of building and measuring something from scratch

Proven ability to form a hypothesis, design a test, analyze results, and communicate findings without ambiguity

Hands-on experience with product analytics or BI tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)

Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets or SQL at a level sufficient to answer questions without waiting for a data analyst

Strong written and verbal communication able to distill complex findings into a clear recommendation for a mixed audience

Genuine curiosity about AI products and a track record of learning new tools or domains quickly
